Family-friendly Cambie Skyhomes to start construction this summer

An upcoming building at West 35th and Cambie Street will add 12 new homes to the corridor, 11 of which will be three bedrooms.

The six-storey building at 5110 Cambie Street was designed by Billard Architecture, and is expected to break ground this summer.

The building features a bold colour palette of red, black and white, vertical metal fins, and a pattern of glass and perforated metal balcony guardrails.

The building will have one level of underground parking, and amenities will include a small outdoor children’s play area and a rooftop patio.
