Cambie and 16th by Wesgroup seeks development application

Cambie and 16th by Wesgroup has been submitted for a development application with the City of Vancouver, with a project launch expected soon.

Plans call for a seven-storey, mixed-use building with 53 strata condominiums and ground-floor commercial space. There will be three levels of underground parking.

Olson Kundig is the design architect for this project, while IBI is the local/associate architect.

The project is a Passive Design, and setbacks in the building’s massing allows for “corner units” in all condominiums.
