Mosaic Homes and Yamamoto Architecture are proposing a six-storey building containing 42 secured market rental units on the site at 2109 East Hastings Street.

Three retail units are planned for the ground floor, including a 2,690 sq ft. restaurant on the corner.

Unit mix

  • 12 studio
  • 14 one-bedroom
  • 14 two-bedroom
  • two three-bedroom

There will be a total of 45 parking spaces, 19 of which will be allocated for the commercial space.

A 400 sq ft. amenity space, as well as an outdoor patio for residents is adjacent to the lobby entrance off Lakewood Drive.

An open house will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Aboriginal Friendship Centre (1607 East Hastings Street), with the developer and city staff.
