Lotus Capital has applied to rezone four single family lots on East Broadway near Garden Drive for a six-storey market condo building.
The development will include 57 units over 47 underground parking stalls, plus four surface parking spots and 114 bicycle parking spaces.
The unit mix is as follows:
- Studios: 24
- One bedroom: 11
- Two bedroom: 16
- Three bedroom: 6
The two bedroom units measure approximately 868 square feet, and the three bedroom units are approximately 1,054 square feet.
A 400 square foot amenity room will be located on the ground floor across from the lobby.

As community open houses for development projects are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the city says details on an alternative format to give feedback will be shared soon.
The application is being considered under the Grandview-Woodland Community Plan.
