40 condos coming to Garden Drive in East Vancouver

A land assembly at Garden Drive and East 11th Avenue will soon be redeveloped into a four-storey condo building.

Ankenman Marchand Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone the property, consisting of four single-family lots.

The new building will have 40 units, and a large, rooftop amenity garden. Unit sizes will include studios, one, two and three bedrooms.

Building materials will include fibre cement wall panels, wood, metal, and glass, and is meant to be contemporary and blend into the neighbourhood.

There will be 51 underground parking stalls and 76 bicycle parking spots.
