The penthouse at Three Harbour Green, a luxury condo tower in Coal Harbour next to the Vancouver Convention Centre, is currently listed for $58,888,000 by local realtor Juliana Jiao of Macdonald Realty.
The agent describes the listing as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own the most prestigious penthouse in Vancouver.” The penthouse takes up the entire top two floors of the building and measures more than 8,000 square feet.
There are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two stunning rooftop terraces and a large balcony. There is 4,840 square feet of outdoor space, which is fully landscaped and features several dining areas.
The views are spectacular, with 360 degree unobstructed views of the ocean, mountains, Stanley Park, the Lions Gate Bridge and English Bay.
Although the building was completed only four years ago in 2012, the penthouse was completely custom-designed by local interior design agency, House of Bohn, and completed in 2016.

There is no need to quote me as all information is publicly available from BC Assessment as well as through the mls tax report. I am not an agent but I am just a student. My research was done through by contacting Holborn throughout the presale process to see how the price ranges differed during different phases of price increases.
