Japanese-inspired Pendrell by Westbank now renting

Westbank’s latest West End rental apartment tower, 1770 Pendrell, is now complete with units available to rent.

The design, by Henriquez Partners Architects, includes a Japanese garden and unique public art component.

There’s also a separate amenity building with fitness facility and yoga studio. There’s also a rooftop terrace with BBQ and dining area.

The tower contains 173 market rental units. Twenty-six of the units are classified as “affordable rentals,” to replace the rental housing that was previously on-site.
