Four homes make way for 40 condominiums in Norquay Village

Four single family homes will soon make way for 40 strata units on Slocan Street in Norquay Village.

Gradual Architecture is consolidating four lots at 4859, 4865, 4873 and 4879 Slocan Street for the four-storey project.

The 40 strata units will include 10 additional lock-off units, which the developer hopes will help provide additional rental stock in the neighbourhood.

Unit sizes will include studios, one, two and three bedrooms. The architect says the style is contemporary, with a flat roof, horizontal cement board and brick cladding.

There will be one level of underground parking with 40 stalls and 95 ‘Class A’ bicycle stalls, accessed from the rear lane.
