Redevelopment of North Shore Winter Club includes towers up to 32 storeys

Consultation on the redevelopment of the North Shore Winter Club lands by Darwin Properties is now underway.

Three new towers are proposed — 26, 29, 32 storeys — as well as three wood frame buildings between five and six storeys. The architect is Perkins + Will.

The redevelopment includes a new community facility in partnership with the North Shore Unitarian Centre. There will also be improvements to Bridgman Park.

The high-density development will benefit from improvements to the Highway 1 and Mountain Highway interchange.
