Row homes planned for Oak Street and West 52nd

Five single-family lots at Oak and West 52nd will soon be home to 36 row homes across seven buildings.

Listraor Homes Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to redevelop the properties, with design by Baldwin Architecture.

All of the row homes will be three bedrooms, and most are three storeys.

The façades will be brick, with standing-seam metal on the third floor. There will be 53 underground parking stalls and bicycle parking.
