Townhouses for King Edward and Columbia

Yamamoto Architecture has designed a three-building townhouse development for the corner of King Edward Avenue and Columbia Street in Vancouver.

The development will consist of 16 townhouse units, over one level of underground parking with 22 stalls.

The site is zoned RM-8AN — meant to encourage the development of ground-oriented, stacked townhouses or rowhouses, including courtyard stacked townhouses and rowhouses. In developments with four or more units, 25 per cent of the units must be three bedrooms or larger.

The development site is an assembly of two single-family lots.
