Running out of gas: Four more Vancouver-area Esso stations up for sale

The number of places to fuel up in Metro Vancouver continues to shrink, with four more Esso gas stations up for sale.

Colliers Canada is marketing the four stations as “high-profile redevelopment opportunities.” The stations can be purchased individually, in groupings or as part of a package.

The stations are all corner properties, and are located at the following locations:

3205 Arbutus Street, Vancouver

Esso 16th and Arbutus for sale

The Vancouver stations are suitable for redevelopment into mixed-use commercial and residential buildings, while the Burnaby site could be redeveloped into a high-rise tower with podium.
