Water Street by the Park is an upcoming, three-tower development in Kelowna, which will be home to the city’s tallest tower once complete.

Orchard Park Properties is leading the development, which is in the presale registration phase. Once complete, it will include 650 homes and 45,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The towers will be 42, 28 and 24 storeys.

As committed as we are to building this project and these beautiful homes, we’re equally committed to being great corporate citizens that will work collaboratively to enhance Kelowna’s status as a great place to live and work.”
