Two-tower Surrey project includes 175 new affordable rental units

Western Canadian Properties Group is planning two residential towers at 13265 104th Avenue in Surrey.

The redevelopment plan will see a three-storey, 57-unit rental apartment replaced with two towers (26 storeys and 21 storeys) containing:

  • 175 affordable rental units
  • 249 market condominiums

The towers, designed by Bingham + Hill Architects of Vancouver, will be clad in brick, metal panels and yellow and red spandrel glass.

Both towers include two-storey townhouses along the ground floor. The development is located within 650 metres of the Surrey Central SkyTrain station.
