10-storey condo building proposed for Marpole

A 10-storey condominium building is proposed for West 68th and Granville in Marpole.

Westland Corporation has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone a lot next to the Safeway for a new market condo development.

The new building will contain:

  • 45 market residential units;
    • 11 one-bedroom
    • 26 two-bedroom
    • eight three-bedroom units
  • 138 underground vehicle parking spaces and 112 bicycle parking spaces

There will be six retail units on the ground floor, and office space on level two. A 700 sq ft. fitness studio, multipurpose room and rooftop bamboo garden is proposed as amenities.

An open house will be held on November 21st, 2017, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Scottish Cultural Centre, 8886 Hudson Street.
