Condos and townhouses proposed along SkyTrain route on Vanness Ave.

Nexst Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone five single-family lots between Clive Avenue and Vanness Avenue to build a six-storey residential building.

The new building will contain 68 strata condominium units, including five townhouses fronting Clive Avenue. 68 underground parking spaces and 138 bicycle spaces will be provided.

The project is being considered under the Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Plan. The plan focuses on lots within two blocks of the Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain station with the goal of developing a more compact, mixed-use and walkable neighbourhood. Expect more similar projects along this stretch of Vanness Avenue.
