Boutique condo building with large suites coming to Dunbar Street

A five-storey condo building is proposed for Dunbar Street, between West 28th and West 29th avenues.

Qualex-Landmark is working with IBI Group Architects on the 48-unit building, containing two and three bedroom units.

Approximately 10,000 square feet of retail is proposed, including a café envisioned for the corner of Dunbar and West 29th, where there will be a small public plaza with an art installation.

The residential portion of the building will be clad in high-quality stone to compliment the serrated glass façade.

Two levels of parking with 129 spaces is proposed. A community open house will be held from 4:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2018, in Room 208, Dunbar Community Centre at 4747 Dunbar Street.
