A strip mall at East 12th and Commercial Drive will soon be replaced by six-storey, mixed-use building.
The development by Wesgroup Properties includes 62 strata condominium units over ground floor retail.
The proposed unit mix consists of 15 studios (23.1%), 27 one-bedrooms (41.5%), 15 two-bedrooms (23.1%) and 8 three-bedrooms (12.3%). All units will have outdoor balconies or patios.

A total of 71 vehicle parking spaces and 117 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
The application is being considered under the Grandview-Woodland Community Plan. The architects are Ciccozzi Architecture.
