New Buy-Low supermarket and rentals planned on Fraser Street

A seven-storey, secured market rental building with a two-level grocery store is planned for Fraser Street and East 45th Avenue.

Kenneth E King Architecture & Planning designed the project, which will include 36 rental units, consisting of a mix of studios, one, two and three bedrooms.

The existing Buy-Low Foods supermarket on the site will demolished and re-open in the new building once complete.
