One Park by Grand Long now under construction

One Park by Grand Long—a $330 million, mixed-use office, residential and retail project in Richmond—is the first ‘Class A’ office space to be constructed in the city in over 20 years.

The project includes 47,106 square feet of ‘Class A’ strata office space on levels four through seven, and 31,845 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, consisting of 7 CRUs. The strata office space is being built on spec, and marketed by CBRE.

Above the office and retail space are three residential mid-rise towers with 303 units, overlooking a central courtyard and private park.

The development is now under construction at 8119 Park Road (and Buswell Street) in Richmond, near CF Richmond Centre. Architects are W.T. Leung Architects.
