Townhouses slated for West Vancouver site

Montreal-based Canderel Residential is proposing a 52-unit townhouse development at Burley Drive and Inglewood Avenue in West Vancouver.

The District of West Vancouver has received a preliminary development application for the project, designed by Integra Architecture Inc.

The project site is a land assembly at the corner of Burley Drive and Inglewood Avenue, adjacent to Cedardale School.

Many of the townhouses will be two to three storeys, with rooftop decks, and there will also approximately 10 “garden suites.” The architecture is “west coast modern,” characterized by linear design elements, the use of natural materials and glass to connect indoor and outdoor spaces.
