Wesgroup plans condos and rentals on Willingdon

Developer Wesgroup is planning a two-tower development on Willingdon Avenue in Burnaby, near Metrotown Station.

The development, designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects, will include a 38-storey condo and non-market rental tower, and a 35-storey condo tower. The non-market rental units will replace the 116 existing rental units in two low-rise buildings currently on the site.

There will be a total of 733 units, and 804 underground parking stalls. A shared courtyard will unite the two towers.

The development site is within the Metrotown Downtown Community Plan.
