Over 100 new rentals slated for West 41st Ave.

Sightline Properties has filed a rezoning application for a six-storey, secured-market rental building at West 41st Avenue and Collingwood, one block east of Dunbar Street on Vancouver’s west side.

The new rental building will consist of 109 units and two levels of underground parking with 88 stalls.

The developer says a range of unit sizes are proposed to ensure a diverse mix of residents, including studios and one-bedroom units to provide affordability, and a minimum of 35 per cent of two- and three-bedroom units that will be suitable for families with children.

The architects are Ciccozzi Architecture Inc.
