Aoyuan International plans six-storey condo building at Quebec and 33rd

Aoyuan International is proposing a six-storey market condominium building at the corner of Quebec Street and East 33rd Avenue, near the Little Mountain site.

The new building, designed by Ciccozzi Architecture Inc., will include 55 units, made up of 30 one-bedrooms, 16 two-bedrooms, and nine three-bedrooms.

Sixty-four residential parking stalls are proposed, slightly above the 55 stalls required by the City of Vancouver.

Amenity rooms of approximately 600 square feet each are planned for the first and second floors.

Aoyuan International is a division of China Aoyuan Property Group. The company is moving into Metro Vancouver’s development market in a big way, with three planned projects: One Central in Surrey, The Granville in Vancouver, and a large parcel of land in the Brentwood area of Burnaby.
