The Arc Vancouver is the latest project by Concord Pacific in Yaletown. Situated next to the Cambie Bridge, presales for this upcoming 29 storey tower start this month.

The building is unique, featuring a skybridge with a glass bottom pool suspended in the air, giving residents one of the most unique amenities in the city.

Other amenities promised by the developer include a grand lounge with catering kitchen, outdoor patio deck with beautiful views of False Creek, state-of-the-art gym, cappuccino lounge and garden and something the developer calls a “tepidarium” — which is essentially a lounge with heated chairs.

Suites will feature bathrooms clad in marble tiles on floors and walls, Miele appliances with gas cooktops, laminate flooring and flex walls — essentially a glass sliding wall that can be opened or closed depending on what your plans are.
