The 53-storey Burrard Place tower and office building at Drake and Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver has transformed the block.
Forty-one of the 53 floors at Burrard Place have been poured, and the adjacent 13-storey office building is under construction and receiving its first panels of glass. The office tower will be home to a Toyota dealership with a large, multi-storey atrium which will be used to display automobiles.
The IBI Group-designed residential tower has 354 units, while the office building was designed by Bing Thom Architects, now Revery Architecture.

Two more towers will join the Burrard Place redevelopment in the near future, a 35-storey residential tower known as Tower C, and a 25-storey rental tower on the site of the 7/11 at Hornby and Davie.
