Porte Homes is planning a six-storey condo building near East Broadway and Nanaimo.
The development, designed by Integra Architecture Inc., will include 122 strata units and ground floor commercial space.
Units will include studios, one, two and three bedrooms with rooftop decks. The breakdown is as follows:
- 35 studio
- 42 one-bedroom
- 33 two-bedroom
- 12 three-bedroom
There will be 115 parking stalls. The project site is a land assembly, consisting of eight single family lots.
