More purpose-built rentals for Kingsway & Fraser project

A proposal for a market rental building on Kingsway near Fraser has been reworked to increase the number of units.

The six-storey building will replace a strip of commercial buildings and include 80 secured market rental units, up from 53 in a previous rezoning submitted in 2018.
