A small home at the corner of West 29th and Heather will soon be redeveloped into an eight-unit townhouse project.
b2 Architecture has designed the stacked townhouse development in a “west coast contemporary style,” for the site across from B.C. Women’s Hospital and Health Centre.
The unit mix will be:
- 2 – one bedroom units
- 2 – two bedroom units
- 4 – three bedroom units
Units are designed to provide family housing with “quality living spaces that include good indoor air quality and natural day lighting.”

The site falls under the Cambie Corridor Phase 3 plan, which allows for RS-1 lots to be rezoned to RM-8A lots, permitting additional density such as townhouses.
